Motorcycles have long been heralded for their sense of freedom. It’s probably the #1 thing any motorcyclist will tell you when you ask them what they like about riding. It’s nice to live in a country, no matter how broken at the moment, that allows each individual to pursue freedom in such a way that brings them a sense of well-being. What a blessing as well, to be able to worship our Lord and Savior without the fear of reprisal, imprisonment, or worse. I fear one day those times may come, but for now, this country continues to protect religious liberties, and I thank Jesus for that.

This morning my wife and I had the wonderful privilege of joining others at the Voice of America Park in West Chester to pray for our nation. We lifted up our country, our leaders, first responders, our families, our children, and the forgotten in a brief worship. As we entered the lot for the park, we were even greeted with a rainbow out the driver’s side window:

I have to say, I didn’t really relish the thought of getting up at 6:30, to leave by 7, to be there by 8AM, but I’m glad I did. The brief fellowship and prayer for our nation, as is happening around the country today, was nothing short of awesome.

I hope wherever you are, whatever you’re doing, you’re connecting you with the people you love, giving thanks for blessings received, and making memories that you can cherish always. God be with us all!
